Creative Colony brings creative professionals together to foster a supportive community where people can grow their businesses and pursue their passions independently, but not alone.
Located in the Metropolitan Building less than 10 minutes from the Silver Spring metro, Creative Colony is the first coworking space in Montgomery County intended specifically for commercial, creative professionals, such as designers, filmmakers, and web developers. Members have access to furnished, secure spaces, as well as infrastructure and resources to help their creative business grow.

In the area for a quick trip? Day passes are available to non-members for just $25. You can work here on weekdays between 9:30-6:00pm, but need to schedule it with us first to make sure there is room for a guest. Email us to set up a time.
